What you will do

  • Lead the team to ensure operational excellence and SLA adherence while managing workload distribution.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority payment issues.
  • Monitor individual and team performance standards and report key operational metrics to management.
  • Develop staff competencies and drive new initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales departments to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and execute departmental plans to strengthen core operational capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, preferably in the forex or fintech industry.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Singapore.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and cross-border transactions.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills.
