What you will do

  • Support day-to-day operations and review the rhythm of business for software management tooling, making improvement recommendations.
  • Follow best practices for strategy execution and contribute to the management of strategy initiatives across functions.
  • Support leadership and their decision-making by acting as a trusted advisor, identifying information, and communicating team needs.
  • Help develop team and individual capabilities, as well as manage development plans and culture initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects and project management as needed, including coordinating and reviewing assigned work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field AND 3+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in relevant roles.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft software and tools.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in a Business Administration or Project Coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Project Management Training or Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
