What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives for technical qualification and discovery of prospect environments and business objectives.
  • Lead technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for PerfectScale, ensuring successful technical outcomes and value demonstration.
  • Develop and deliver compelling PerfectScale platform demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases.
  • Construct robust business cases and ROI analyses highlighting cost savings and performance improvements with PerfectScale.
  • Become the internal expert for PerfectScale, guiding prospects to optimal results and seamless implementation.
  • Represent DoiT and PerfectScale at events and conferences, presenting on Kubernetes optimization expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company, focused on DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) and associated DevOps best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions for cloud environments (observability, optimization, FinOps).
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, including identifying trends and correlations from monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Proven ability to articulate complex Kubernetes concepts and PerfectScale functionalities to technical and business audiences.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, including presenting to executive-level prospects.

Nice to have

  • Prior professional experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional.
  • A proven history of success in a fast-paced and scaling business within the cloud and/or Kubernetes management domain.
