What you will do

  • Lead client calls for complex accounts and provide support for reward and work measurement engagements.
  • Review internal grading structures with clients independently.
  • Lead job mapping sessions and product demos to show clients how to best utilize Korn Ferry's products.
  • Own and execute plans to deliver medium to large custom client projects and surveys.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Advisory teams to plan client meetings and forums.
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle confidential employee information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration, questionnaire design, data analysis, and presentation writing.
  • Experience working in a human resources environment with exposure to compensation and benefits.
