What you will do
- Lead client calls for complex accounts and provide support for reward and work measurement engagements.
- Review internal grading structures with clients independently.
- Lead job mapping sessions and product demos to show clients how to best utilize Korn Ferry's products.
- Own and execute plans to deliver medium to large custom client projects and surveys.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Advisory teams to plan client meetings and forums.
- Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs.
Requirements
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration, questionnaire design, data analysis, and presentation writing.
- Experience working in a human resources environment with exposure to compensation and benefits.
