What you will do

  • Challenge team thinking and senior stakeholder decisions using research-based evidence and insights.
  • Design and conduct independent and collaborative qualitative and quantitative studies across product areas.
  • Utilise various research methods such as ethnographic, field research, diary studies, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Ensure customer needs are met and are at the heart of all design decisions.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently the business value of research to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience as a User Experience (UX) Researcher for qualitative research studies, including usability/user testing, surveys, field research, or user interviews.
  • Experience with quantitative research, behavioural data analysis, designing surveys, experimental research, and analysing large datasets using appropriate statistical methods.
  • Creative thinking skills, customer empathy, and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • English: C1+ (fluency with impeccable communication skills required).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational, listening, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, visual communication, and information design skills.
