What you will do
- Manage multiple CGI projects from kick-off to final delivery on the SaaS platform.
- Monitor project progress and tasks using standardized production workflows.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless collaboration.
- Lead and actively contribute to team meetings, ensuring productivity and alignment on project updates.
- Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans.
Requirements
- A background as a Project Manager, Asset Producer, or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or creative production.
- Experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships with clear and warm communication.
- Energy and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in handling large amounts of information (e.g., Excel).
- Understanding of design and the creative process, ensuring the quality of photorealistic content.
