What you will do
- Lead and line manage a squad of mid-level, senior, and principal engineers.
- Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for the AI domain.
- Lead complex technical programs across multiple squads.
- Hold the squad accountable for execution and value delivery, improving effectiveness through agile practices.
- Shape engineering culture by improving managerial and technical best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing high-performing engineering teams and developing engineers at all levels.
- Track record of coordinating and delivering large-scale programs involving multiple teams and complex stakeholder management.
- Ability to switch between hands-on technical involvement and strategic thinking.
- Robust technical background in technical systems such as Scala and Kafka.
- Expert understanding of modern agile practices and data-informed continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear feedback and manage stakeholder relationships.
