What you will do
- Dispense, label, and check medications against digitally signed prescriptions in a mail-order setting.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for prompt and safe delivery.
- Maintain and improve pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, professional, and ethical pharmacy frameworks.
- Liaise with the patient care team and couriers to resolve escalations and ensure timely dispatch.
- Collaborate with product and user research teams to refine platform usability.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist
- Strong understanding of UK pharmacy requirements and regulations.
- Experience or capacity to manage and delegate tasks to team members.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under strict deadlines.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working as a pharmacist.
- Ability to speak French or German with knowledge of medical terminology.
