What you will do

- Identify portfolio-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive organizational change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 15+ years of progressive project or program management leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of experience running large-scale, complex software deployment programs.
- Proven direct experience with AI-driven development.
- Experience building and leading a PMO or similar portfolio governance function in a high-tech environment.
- Ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, operations, and product teams.
