What you will do

  • Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
  • Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
  • Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
  • Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
  • Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
