What you will do

  • Oversee site customs and trade facilitation processes to support daily transactions and ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including global logistics, legal, and government authorities to optimize cross-border activities.
  • Manage customs broker relationships and internal controls for pre-entry customs transactions.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable intelligence, KPIs, and reports for operational improvement.
  • Execute site post-entry self-audits and manage customs license and business permit applications.
  • Provide expert customs consulting to business units including supply chain, finance, and government affairs teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related field.
  • Four or more years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, or supply chain management.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting trade regulations and applying them to business operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large datasets for process optimization and reporting.
  • Must be able to maintain an on-site presence at the Vietnam facility.

  • Master's degree in Trade, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Proven track record leading regional trade projects or implementing innovative customs solutions.
