What you will do

  • Create and deliver enablement materials including playbooks, FAQs, and training guides.
  • Track KPIs and support dashboard development to optimize agent performance.

Requirements

  • Must have existing authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms, and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting methodologies using SQL or SOQL.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistent operational processes.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.
