What you will do

- Create and deliver enablement materials including playbooks, FAQs, and training guides.
- Track KPIs and support dashboard development to optimize agent performance.
Requirements
- Must have existing authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing operations, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms, and automation technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting methodologies using SQL or SOQL.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistent operational processes.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.
