What you will do
- Take responsibility for select legal matters.
- Work with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams to provide legal support.
- Provide legal support in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including litigation, contract, international business, employment, privacy, and compliance.
- Assist with corporate development that will further the company's growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney.
- Licensed in good standing in Florida.
- Experience as a litigator in Florida, and the ability to appear in court as a Florida attorney when needed.
- Detail-oriented and experienced in commercial contract review.
