What you will do
- Define, develop, and deploy innovative prepress and printing technology solutions.
- Improve existing and develop new solutions through value-driven innovation.
- Work as part of a Scrum team collaborating with converting factories and specialists.
- Document and communicate progress and results effectively.
- Support installations in production and contribute to global specifications and standards.
- Engage in skill development in Systems Engineering and Project Management.
Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree.
- Minimum around 5 years of experience in development or process improvement roles.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of TPM, WCM, Six Sigma, and Agile working methods is meritorious.
- Must be based in Lund, Sweden (onsite role).
