What you will do

  • Lead and scale multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery.
  • Define and execute technical strategies, including architectural evolution from monoliths to microservices.
  • Build a best-in-class team through effective hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and GTM teams to align engineering output with business outcomes.
  • Drive key architectural initiatives to support upmarket growth and enterprise platform capabilities.
  • Apply responsible AI practices to enhance team efficiency and platform impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, specifically with enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of scaling and managing engineering organizations of 30+ people.
  • Strong experience managing engineering managers and setting clear organizational vision.
  • Deep technical expertise in architectural evolution, including multi-tenant and event-driven systems.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
