What you will do
- Act as the primary product link between Africa commercial leads and central sportsbook teams to align roadmaps and identify synergies.
- Manage third-party capabilities and integrations, ensuring end-to-end delivery from requirements to rollout.
- Partner with retail channels to optimize existing sportsbook setups and shop-based rollouts.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all product features meet regulatory standards and audit readiness.
- Maintain transparent backlogs and provide structured product input for procurement and vendor assessment.
- Benchmark product performance against competitors and market trends to drive long-term strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the sportsbook or igaming industry.
- Deep understanding of African or emerging market betting behavior and sports culture.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Tech, Trading, Commercial, and Compliance.
- Experience with third-party integrations and retail sportsbook environments.
- Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a strong advantage.
- Structured communication skills and experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience with F2P (Free-to-Play), pool betting, or multi-brand sportsbook setups.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory processes for sports betting.
