Senior Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Systems): Leading the planning, organization, and execution of initiatives to enhance Intercom's Enterprise Systems capabilities with an accent on streamlining processes and shaping future enterprise operations. Location: Must be in the office at least three days per week in San Francisco, California.

Salary: $180,000-$215,000

What you will do

  • Work with leadership to clarify and shape initiatives.
  • Ensure projects have clear goals and milestones.
  • Drive visibility and alignment across partner teams through excellent communication.
  • Gather and document functional specifications for high-impact programs, collaborating with technical teams.
  • Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Streamline process improvements to support Enterprise Systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working with system architectures and guiding technical teams in complex implementations.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities.
  • Mastered the foundations of planning, sequencing, resourcing, and managing programs.
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose process improvements.
  • Proficient in advanced requirement elicitation and documentation techniques.
  • Experience working with Finance and People teams, systems, and applications, specifically NetSuite and Workday.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of Finance and People processes and supporting technology.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Workday.
  • Experience working with applications such as: Zip, Stripe, Snowflake, Salesforce.
