TL;DR

Intermediate Customer Account Manager (AI): Ensuring maximum health for Clio customers by proactively engaging with accounts, re-engaging customers with Clio usage, and recognizing revenue opportunities. Focus on proactive churn prevention, adoption, expansion, and customer retention.

Location: Available to candidates in Burnaby or Toronto, with an expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.

Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $76,500 to $90,000 to $103,500 CAD.

What you will do

  • Proactively engage with a large portfolio of accounts to ensure they are receiving value from Clio.
  • Impact KPIs such as proactive churn prevention, adoption, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Re-engage customers with Clio usage through an understanding of the product and customer personas.
  • Recognize and convert revenue opportunities, and excel at objection-handling.
  • Manage and retain incoming lifecycle opportunities such as refunds and escalations, and navigate challenging customer issues.
  • Share feedback with the Product organization and lead customer-driven projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success/Service/Support experience.
  • 2+ years in an account manager or similar function.
  • Sales experience.
  • Experience working in or closely with Sales organizations.
  • A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
  • SaaS experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal technology or legal background.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience working with generative AI tools.
