What you will do

  • Host partner webinars to deliver product updates, sales enablement, and training on Extreme programs and solutions.
  • Own strategic short-term and long-term goals for Channel partners in the region, including account plans.
  • Manage territory channel development plans, mapping partners against opportunities, and working within the regional team to identify gaps and potential partners.
  • Track all major activities with the partner and partners’ sales activities for Extreme opportunities through CRM (SFDC).
  • Build relationships within partner's organization and evangelize partners’ capabilities and competencies within Extreme’s sales organization.
  • Assist with issue escalations, RMAs, part numbers, sales tool development, and order operations.

Requirements

  • Reseller/Channel sales experience.
  • High level of business acumen, understanding the partner go-to-market strategy and economics.
  • Ability to translate an earning/income statement in partners’ fiscal health and understand their key success criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
