What you will do
- Deliver events according to provided instructions and scheduled timings.
- Manage on-site logistics, production, and all vendors.
- Act as Artist Liaison and the main point of contact for events.
- Direct, manage, support, and brief the event team.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring high-quality event execution.
- Manage unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, providing feedback and reports.
