What you will do

  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction
  • Follow credit policies and regulatory standards precisely
  • Perform AML/KYC checks, customer verification, and handle regulatory documentation
  • Analyze credit applications to produce responsible and transparent offers
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden
  • Language: Native-level German and fluent English required
  • 1-4 years experience in customer service, credit risk, AML/KYC, or related financial roles
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail in regulated environments
  • Ability to assess creditworthiness and interpret financial data

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Swedish or Finnish languages
