What you will do
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media
- Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Follow credit policies and regulatory standards precisely
- Perform AML/KYC checks, customer verification, and handle regulatory documentation
- Analyze credit applications to produce responsible and transparent offers
- Suggest and implement improvements to processes and workflows
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden
- Language: Native-level German and fluent English required
- 1-4 years experience in customer service, credit risk, AML/KYC, or related financial roles
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail in regulated environments
- Ability to assess creditworthiness and interpret financial data
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Swedish or Finnish languages
