Salary: $113,500 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Define and own the internal communications strategy and roadmap for company-wide moments.
  • Establish standards for internal channels including Slack, email, all-hands, and intranets.
  • Translate leadership direction into clear, compelling narratives regarding strategy and product.
  • Design and facilitate company-wide events like town halls, all-hands, and AMAs.
  • Monitor employee sentiment and engagement signals to surface issues early.
  • Partner with the People and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in communications within fast-changing, complex, and global environments.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex information.
  • Strong point of view on digital, social, and community-driven communication tactics.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a distributed organization.
  • Must have US work authorization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Background in social media, community management, or content-focused roles.
  • Experience using AI tools to experiment with new communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with measuring participation and engagement metrics to improve effectiveness.
