What you will do
- Own and align the roadmap for strategic initiatives in RunMyJobs, starting with hyperscaler automation.
- Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact to deliver features for cloud migration.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Mentor junior Product Managers in best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to validate use cases and foster adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years in product management with a proven record of impactful delivery in enterprise software or cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; data-driven in setting priorities and measuring outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead roadmap discussions with executives and influence across the organization.
- Domain knowledge in enterprise IT, workload automation, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) preferred.
