What you will do
- Define and evolve the long-term creative platform for The Witcher franchise, aligning with goals and brand identity.
- Oversee the development of bold and authentic campaign concepts, briefs, and pitches for various marketing activations.
- Guide internal and external creative teams, providing feedback and approvals to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
- Partner with Game, Narrative, Art, Franchise, and Marketing leads to integrate creative vision with overall franchise strategy.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional creative team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Act as the brand guardian, safeguarding and growing The Witcher brand's global entertainment position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative direction, brand marketing, or related roles within gaming, entertainment, or advertising.
- Proven record of leading creative development for globally recognized IPs or AAA campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in translating brand and marketing strategy into campaign platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including game developers and marketing strategists.
- History of managing and mentoring creative teams, focusing on leadership and creative excellence.
- Strong creative leadership skills, with the ability to define vision and inspire teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with fantasy, narrative-driven, or RPG franchises.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Miro; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passion for games, storytelling, and pop culture, with strong familiarity with The Witcher universe.
