What you will do
- Design scalable technical learning journeys, building structured, role-based learning paths for pre- and post-sales technical teams.
- Build hands-on technical labs, demos, and learning environments with practical, real-world scenarios.
- Extend internal learning to customer education, partnering with stakeholders to reuse and evolve learning content.
- Develop learning content covering observability concepts, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, SRE, DevOps, and industry trends.
- Partner across the organization with Sales Enablement, Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales leaders.
- Raise the technical bar at scale, promoting consistent technical practices and shared standards across teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on technical experience in cloud, distributed systems, or observability-adjacent domains.
- Experience building technical enablement, training, or learning programs for technical audiences.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), Kubernetes, and modern application architectures.
- Proven ability to design practical, hands-on learning experiences—not just slide-based training.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured, approachable learning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
