What you will do
- Lead discovery with customer engineers to identify bottlenecks and define success metrics
- Design and build Cursor-powered workflows such as large-scale refactors, migrations, and incident pipelines
- Ship fast prototypes and harden them into reliable production systems with monitoring and iteration
- Own production quality including tracing, metrics, debugging model behavior, and managing failure modes
- Collaborate with engineering leaders while communicating tradeoffs and results
- Turn solutions into reusable patterns and contribute improvements back to the core product
Requirements
- Strong end-to-end ownership of AI-native workflows in production, not just prototypes
- Experience debugging real-world model failures and handling production reliability (metrics, alerts, incident response)
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript with ability to learn new stacks quickly
- Comfort leading discovery conversations and accountability for customer outcomes
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and prompt iteration
- Thrives in ambiguity and can clarify fuzzy problems into clear scopes and shipped systems
