What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Associate Analysts and Analysts including onboarding and career development.
  • Ensure daily operational tasks meet KPIs and SLAs with effective task prioritization and holiday coverage coordination.
  • Collaborate with global team leads to share best practices and drive consistency.
  • Manage issue and incident escalation and response processes.
  • Engage stakeholders with regular updates and manage client escalations professionally.
  • Identify and communicate operational improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have 1-3+ years team leader experience in financial data management or related investment analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, benchmark/index data, and data governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing regional teams and working North America aligned hours (9PM-6AM Manila Time).
  • Proven skills in SLA adherence, project and incident management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge of Palantir Foundry or Databricks platforms.
