Salary: $112,000 - $168,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Drive project and program planning, monitoring, control, and execution aligned with project management principles.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements, tools, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support project governance and coordinate cross-functional alignment on scope, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Lead or support project meetings, track actions, and document decisions.
  • Develop and analyze project schedules, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare clear, leadership-ready reports, dashboards, and status updates.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Fridley, Minnesota, USA with ability to travel <20%.
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience, or Master’s with 2 years, or PhD.
  • U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship only for Principal-level roles and above.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years project coordination, analysis, or PMO experience.
  • Experience in medical device or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with design controls, quality systems, governance workflows.
  • Experience with Planview, Power BI, PMP/CAPM/Agile certification.
  • Executive-level reporting and dashboard development skills.
