What you will do
- Engage with providers 5 days per week in the field within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
- Build trust and convert leads into referral partners who rely on Nourish for patient nutrition care.
- Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators.
- Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
- Strong professional presence and ability to influence across an entire office (physicians to staff).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and comfort quickly learning new systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Must be located in Hyattsville, Maryland.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
