What you will do

  • Engage with existing open-source users to demonstrate the value of the HashiCorp portfolio
  • Perform high-volume outbound sales activity using tools like Sales Navigator and Outreach
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles within a fast-paced environment
  • Target Development, IT Operations, and Security personas to align solutions with business requirements
  • Execute complex solution-based selling and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly business forecasts

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of complex, full-cycle sales closing experience
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure software
  • Must be able to work from the Austin, TX office on a weekly basis
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual sales goals

Nice to have

  • MEDDPICC certification
  • Experience with value-selling methodologies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
