What you will do

  • Lead charge across multiple creative projects and maintain quality control of the team’s output.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategy that push brand boundaries.
  • Identify and solve problems proactively to ensure a smoother creative process.
  • Understand big picture objectives for both clients and the agency.
  • Maintain positive relationships with interdepartmental teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage work plans and team needs on current and upcoming projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in direct creative account management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to work with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Office Suite.
  • Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
