What you will do
- Design and prototype AI capabilities for voice and conversation intelligence products.
- Research and evaluate new AI models, tools, and architectures for real-world use cases.
- Build and validate proofs-of-concept before production implementation.
- Develop automated evaluation pipelines to shorten the feedback loop between research and production.
- Benchmark LLMs and speech models to guide product direction.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality AI-powered features.
Requirements
- Experience working with AI systems, specifically LLM-based or speech-based applications.
- Strong understanding of practical AI solutions and current model limitations.
- Proficiency in evaluating model trade-offs regarding quality, cost, and latency.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze datasets to guide feature improvements.
- Experience designing rigorous evaluations and statistically meaningful benchmarks.
- Familiarity with Python or Go is a plus.
