What you will do

  • Investigate high-volume alerts across application and account activity queues.
  • Work with senior investigators to identify and understand fraud typologies like identity theft and APP scams.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet operational response timeframes (SLAs).
  • Communicate with customers to verify activities and support potential victims.
  • Identify recurring fraud patterns and report findings to the wider team.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and engage in skills development through training.
