TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor, framing business and product challenges into actionable AI and data architectures.
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI systems, including data flows, RAG pipelines, agentic architectures, and real-time inference services.
  • Shape proposals, architectures, and delivery approaches for client opportunities, partnering with sales teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI applications, ensuring architectural quality, performance, and integration with user-facing digital products.
  • Track emerging AI technologies and architectural patterns, contributing to frog offerings and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams from discovery to deployment to align AI capabilities with user experience and technical constraints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data, AI, cloud, or technology consulting.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, using modern serverless and containerized deployment patterns.
  • Proven experience architecting and building production-grade AI applications (e.g., conversational experiences, content generation, personalization, recommender systems).
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures (event-driven pipelines, data lakes, real-time processing, API-first architectures).
  • Leadership experience, guiding in-house or external teams of engineers or data/ML practitioners.
  • Fluency in English (B2+).
  • Willingness to travel internationally for key meetings and collaboration sessions.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience driving pre-sales conversations and scoping AI initiatives.
  • Comfort operating across strategy and engineering, able to switch between conceptual business framing and hands-on problem solving.
  • Ability to define AI strategies and execute them from discovery through delivery.
  • Knowledge of modern frameworks for web (React, Vue, Angular) or mobile (React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin) development.
