What you will do

  • Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via telephone and email.
  • Create a world-class first impression for prospects and customers.

  • Manage multiple lead sources including calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
  • Maintain customer database and log communications using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager to develop strategies and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is a must.
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with technology products (software, mobile, or other).
