  • Provide the guiding vision for the CRM product.
  • Translate business needs into application functionality.
  • Lead product line strategy and roadmaps, identifying business opportunities.

  • Refine the backlog and adjust priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science is required.
  • Three to five years Enterprise CRM technology implementation experience is required.
  • Process improvement / optimization experience is strongly preferred.
  • Software development knowledge is a plus.
  • HR, Payroll, Benefits experience is preferred.
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills.
