What you will do
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of their inquiry.
- Follow up with working leads in an automated sequence, managing call steps, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach.
- Set meetings for sales representatives across the world.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inbound sales or lead development role.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent often preferred).
- Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce.
- High emotional intelligence, self-organized, resilience to rejection, and a “hunter” mindset.
