What you will do

  • Develop and execute creative, data-informed content that engages early-career audiences across social platforms.
  • Create authentic content showcasing intern and graduate voices, experiences, and stories from within Revolut.
  • Support the ideation, planning, and execution of social media, blog, video, and campaign content.
  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Support the creation and delivery of newsletters and email campaigns for the early-career community.
  • Capture content at events and offline activities, working with recruiters, designers, and videographers.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers to analyze content performance and share insights.
  • Research social media, content, and student marketing trends to shape new ideas and creative approaches.
  • Support internal employer brand content, presentations, and webinar promotion materials.
  • Research, scope, and support submissions for early-career employer awards.

Requirements

  • Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field.
  • Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • English: Native level fluency required.
  • Impeccable written communication skills, with a clear interest in copywriting and content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • An interest in social media, content trends, and creative marketing.
  • Basic experience or familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with data and insights to measure performance, optimise content, and inform creative decisions.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to learn and make an impact.
  • Full-time availability from June 2026.

  • Experience creating content through internships, student societies, personal projects, or part-time roles.
  • An interest in university marketing or campus recruitment, and how brands engage students today.
  • Comfortable attending events and capturing content in live, real-world settings.
