What you will do
- Collaborate within agile teams to build and improve database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Evaluate and optimize T-SQL queries to increase performance.
- Develop and maintain database documentation and serve as a domain specialist.
- Work with Builds Engineering teams to improve database deployment automation.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules to support database operations.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience developing T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Expertise in building, tuning, and debugging complex stored procedures and database design with referential integrity.
- Experience with high-availability database schemas, OLTP, and relational data models using SQL Server.
- Advanced T-SQL DDL and DML skills with understanding of indexes and protocols.
- Ability to resolve database issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of deployments and source control.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of .NET/C#.
- Familiarity with NoSQL and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL Server internals.
