What you will do

  • Collaborate within agile teams to build and improve database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Evaluate and optimize T-SQL queries to increase performance.
  • Develop and maintain database documentation and serve as a domain specialist.
  • Work with Builds Engineering teams to improve database deployment automation.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules to support database operations.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience developing T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and views.
  • Expertise in building, tuning, and debugging complex stored procedures and database design with referential integrity.
  • Experience with high-availability database schemas, OLTP, and relational data models using SQL Server.
  • Advanced T-SQL DDL and DML skills with understanding of indexes and protocols.
  • Ability to resolve database issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of deployments and source control.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of .NET/C#.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL and big data technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server internals.
