What you will do
- Generate, develop, and qualify new business opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including complex contract negotiations for business and legal terms.
- Coordinate with application engineers, product marketing, legal, and executive teams to execute strategic sales plans.
- Articulate value propositions for Design IP products to customer architects, engineers, and executive management.
- Provide market and account feedback to the Design IP business unit to influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in licensing Semiconductor IP technology.
- Strong background in Memory Interface, Protocol, and Connectivity IP.
- Proven track record of delivering large $1M+ license deals.
- BSEE or equivalent technical degree.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic sales across both startup and enterprise accounts.
