What you will do

  • Generate, develop, and qualify new business opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including complex contract negotiations for business and legal terms.
  • Coordinate with application engineers, product marketing, legal, and executive teams to execute strategic sales plans.
  • Articulate value propositions for Design IP products to customer architects, engineers, and executive management.
  • Provide market and account feedback to the Design IP business unit to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in licensing Semiconductor IP technology.
  • Strong background in Memory Interface, Protocol, and Connectivity IP.
  • Proven track record of delivering large $1M+ license deals.
  • BSEE or equivalent technical degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic sales across both startup and enterprise accounts.
