What you will do

  • Architect and develop high-impact Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and manage the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead internal product development to create scalable components for packaged solutions.
  • Integrate legacy systems with Salesforce platforms using REST, SOAP, and modern APIs.
  • Mentor team members on new Salesforce features and emerging AI-driven technologies.
  • Perform QA and release management across multiple development environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical project experience.
  • 3+ years of specific Salesforce development or configuration experience.
  • Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience managing multi-environment deployments and integrations with legacy systems.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills required for client-facing technical design sessions.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, TableauCRM, or Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Node, Angular, or React.
