What you will do
- Move the team to a "product-thinking" approach, ensuring every model has a clear owner, defined SLAs, and documented business value.
- Proactively identify and remove systemic bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Own the Looker visualisation environment and deliver the dashboard solutions that drive scalable decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain an efficient and scalable workflow environment using tools like dbt.
- Lead AE hiring to attract and retain top-tier AE talent, focusing on both technical mastery and commercial curiosity.
Requirements

- Experience with data modeling and transformation using tools like dbt.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Looker.
- Understanding of data governance principles and data quality best practices.
- Experience in attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier analytics engineering talent.
