What you will do
- Own the day-to-day talent operations across the APAC region.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the team to deliver operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent operations-related inquiries.
- Lead the operational rollout for new talent systems and processes.
- Identify and resolve complex HR compliance issues.
- Guide and support People Leaders and employees through complex situations related to contracts, job changes, and offboarding
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent operations, human resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Systems-thinker who can translate business needs into operational workflows.
- Deep understanding of Workday and HRIS data management.
- Experience in navigating complex regional and market-specific regulations, particularly in Korea and Japan.
- Experience in a scaled business environment is a must.
