What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day talent operations across the APAC region.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the team to deliver operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent operations-related inquiries.
  • Lead the operational rollout for new talent systems and processes.
  • Identify and resolve complex HR compliance issues.
  • Guide and support People Leaders and employees through complex situations related to contracts, job changes, and offboarding

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent operations, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
  • Systems-thinker who can translate business needs into operational workflows.
  • Deep understanding of Workday and HRIS data management.
  • Experience in navigating complex regional and market-specific regulations, particularly in Korea and Japan.
  • Experience in a scaled business environment is a must.
