  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Understanding of the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to independently analyze problems and propose ideas/improvements.
  • Strong communication management skills within a team and proactivity in solving complex tasks.
  • Higher technical education is required.
