What you will do
- Lead the team to achieve operational excellence and SLA adherence.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority issues.
- Monitor individual and team SLA performance and quality standards.
- Manage workload distribution, shift schedules, and team capacity, including developing staff competencies.
- Report key operational metrics and performance to management.
- Drive new initiatives and projects to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, preferably in forex or fintech industry.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and cross-border transactions.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
