What you will do
- Develop scalable partner marketing programs, toolkits, and launch playbooks to drive partner success.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partner support and marketing enablement needs.
- Coordinate marketing execution for new partner launches, ensuring brand alignment and promotional success.
- Design on-location signage, digital assets, and local activation programs to increase customer awareness and utilization.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Growth teams to monitor trends and deploy targeted marketing initiatives.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable programs and scalable marketing assets.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or B2B2C environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
- Experience managing marketing assets, campaign materials, and partner enablement tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems or franchise-style networks is a strong plus.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the NYC Metro Area.
