What you will do

  • Design, prioritize, and manage the email marketing experimentation roadmap.
  • Execute A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and content structure.
  • Optimize pre-purchase conversion volumes and post-purchase activation and retention.
  • Analyze performance data and user behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with email, growth, and product teams to implement and measure test results.
  • Maintain clear documentation of experiments, hypotheses, and monetary impact on the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in growth and A/B test execution.
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRO, and performance data analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Mixpanel or Customer.io.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work within the CET ± 4 hours time zone.

  • Experience in market and competitor research for hypothesis generation.
