What you will do

  • Coordinate the management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee media campaign set-up and execution while securing necessary deliverables.
  • Provide strategic insights and perform initial data analyses for client presentations.
  • Research and prepare information for paid media plans and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with neighbouring disciplines like Strategy and Creative on overall campaign direction.
  • Support and mentor associates on planning, billing, and platform optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital activation and social media campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in research, audience planning, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to clients.
  • Must be able to work from the office a minimum of 2 days a week in Toronto.

Nice to have

  • Full knowledge of Google Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with eMarketer, Nielsen, and comScore.
  • Ability to work across multi-functional groups or geographic offices.
