What you will do

  • Drive revenue and reservation growth, focusing on partner retention and market-wide supply health.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with studio owners and managers, advocating for their needs internally.
  • Support partners by helping them grow their business and adopt new ClassPass products.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to maintain your sales pipeline and deliver outstanding service.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
