What you will do
- Independently design, develop, and deploy major technical changes.
- Guide, mentor, and support development and testing teams.
- Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into system specifications.
- Analyze AS‑IS legacy systems and support the definition of migration requirements.
- Develop integration strategies across Mainframe and non-Mainframe applications.
- Support production, incident analysis, and performance engineering.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DC, and Mainframe Utilities.
- Experience in modern mainframe development environments and Mainframe migration projects.
- Domain knowledge in Life Insurance.
- German B2+ and fluent English communication skills.
- B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
